By booking or using any service from Marrakesh Activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or deposit is required at time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in USD/EUR and include applicable taxes.
Cancellations 14+ days before departure: full refund. 7–13 days prior: 50% refund. Within 7 days: non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to safety concerns, severe weather, insufficient bookings, or force majeure events. In such cases we will offer a full refund or alternative date.
Participants must disclose medical conditions that may affect participation. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose conditions or from personal negligence.
Marrakesh Activities acts as booking agent for tour operators, accommodation providers, and transport companies. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the booked service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
